These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the services provided by BS-GAMING (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and all related products, software, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

The Services are strictly intended for individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years old). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or older, depending on the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not currently self-excluded or prohibited from gambling by any legal authority.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by minors or ineligible persons will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

To access the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may only operate one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and any associated bonuses or winnings may be voided.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. We do not accept funds from third parties. Available payment methods and processing times are described on our Deposit and Withdrawal pages.

Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions are subject to our AML/KYC Policy. We may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or delayed withdrawals.

Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits are determined by your account level and chosen payment method. We aim to process all withdrawals within 24–72 hours, subject to verification checks.

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, multi-accounting, and low-risk betting strategies — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

All games offered on the Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and audited Return-to-Player (RTP) rates. See our Fair Play page for full details. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

Live Games

Live dealer games follow standard casino rules. Bets placed after the dealer's signal to "no more bets" will be voided. Disputes are resolved using video recording of the relevant round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of fraudulent play.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or system glitches.
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or illegally obtained payment methods.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or financing of illegal activities.
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other players.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or breach of this Agreement. Where lawful, we will provide a reason for termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to verification and deduction of any applicable fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of bets placed by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on-site notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
